Shipping + Order Processing

Due to covid and increased order amount, processing + shipment may take 4-6 weeks.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your order is placed. If you wish to make any changes, please email info@propergnar.com (no social media DM's) with your order # and name within 24 hours. Once your order has been picked and processed no changes may be made.

All sales are final. Boards are made to order and cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. Please note this, and review your cart and payment information before you place your order. Orders may be cancelled under some circumstances but due to our creative process a $20 restocking / cancellation fee will apply.

International orders may have a customs fee. This is due to the laws in your country, not us, and we cannot be held responsible for them.

Order's may be tracked through our system or through the mail company that was used. You may receive multiple tracking numbers or packages.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages if they are marked as delivered. A claim can be filed through your local Post Office.
