All sales are final and we only accept returns on defective items. Otherwise an exchange or store credit will be issued.
Our policy lasts 30 days from shipment date of your item. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We are also not responsible for incorrect address entries or orders that were not picked up in time. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as intimate wear cannot be returned. Gift cards can not be returned or exchanged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be all to your credit card or original method of payment. The funds immediately leave our account but your bank may take several days to deposit them.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item click here.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gift cards can not be returned.
